Here's the simple rental process
STEP 1: Select your bike
Browse our entire rental bike fleet and find the bike that works for you, your family, and your dates.
STEP 2: Request your rental
Request a rental bike online for your selected dates and pay the booking fee. You will immediately receive a rental request confirmation email with further steps to complete your rental.
STEP 3: Ride!
Rental bikes are picked up at our Logan Square shop and we'll give you a quick orientation to be sure you're ready to roll!

Rentals are picked up at our Logan Square shop at 3101 W Diversey Ave Chicago, IL 60647
Rental pick ups are available before 12pm on your start date. You will drop off the bike before 2pm on your end date. If you need a different time, feel free to reach out to see if we have any availability on your requested dates.
Yes, all e-bike rentals come with a battery and charger
Our calendar is updated regularly and if your dates are unavailable it may mean the bike has already been reserved for that time. Please reach out if you need a specific unlisted date and we will check our availability.
