Got an Urban Arrow and thinking it might be time to level up? Maybe your family's needs have changed, or maybe you just want that shiny new FamilyNext with the built-in lights and suspension. Whatever the reason—we’re now accepting Urban Arrow bikes for trade-in at Offbeat!
Here’s how it works: email us to set a time to bring your bike in and we’ll take a look at its overall condition, mileage, and component wear. We’ll then offer a trade-in value that can be used toward the purchase of a new Urban Arrow or any other in-stock bike, accessories, or service. No promises up front—we need to see the bike in person first—but if it’s been reasonably loved and maintained, we'll make you a good offer.
