Test Ride FAQs

Yes, we currently don't have walk-in shop hours. Plus, when you book an appointment with us it ensures you'll have access to all of our demo bikes for a full hour. You'll have our undivided attention!

Of course! Your whole family is welcome. We have a window seat for kids to sit and a snack stash ready to share. Our space is pet friendly, although we ask you bring your pets on a leash to keep them safe.

Almost every bike in our fleet is available to test ride. Sometimes we may not have the exact model you are looking for (like the high speed version) but we can get you as close as possible by riding similar bikes. Contact us if you have any questions before you come in!

We have a designated test ride route using calm neighborhood streets with low traffic.

Nearly all of our bikes offer customizations with various accessories which means the bike will not be ready for you to ride home on test ride day. If you are working on a tight timeline, please email us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate.

If a test ride finalizes your decision, you can place your order before you leave the shop but test rides are low-pressure so don't sweat. If you want to sleep on it or need more time deciding, that's totally fine too. We'll give you all the bike info you want to take home, including your custom bike builds. We're just a call or email away when you have more questions or are ready to purchase.
